Office of the Auditor General of Thailand is set to make arrangement of school transport part of the duty to arrange education provision

Good news! The NLA committee on integrating and coordinating emergency rescue is set to order the Office of the Auditor General of Thailand (OAG) to review the National Education Act B.E. 2542 and relevant laws to make arrangement of school transport part of the duty to arrange education provision. This was one of the key outcomes of the NLA committee on integrating and coordinating emergency rescue meeting No.7/2018, held on 20 June 2018 at the Parliamentary Building 3, to discuss the proposed recommendations to improve school bus safety submitted by AIP Foundation under the Legal Development Program (LDP) in May.
